The Jansens
This next one is a
long one, but we include it because we hear this type of horror story so often.

I am a homeowner at Corte Bella. I live at the end of a block that FORTUNATELY
has had Kevens Landscape do most of the homes on, including ours. You did ours
14 months ago.
However, a couple of homeowners went with <name withheld>. I have never seen
such a mess. Attached are pictures of the mess in the street that we have all
had to endure over the last week because they have had to tear-out and redo
their previous mess. This after they spent weeks installing the mess to begin
with.
This has been the third time. The corner house had landscape junk in the street
for SIX WEEKS. Each of my neighbors had to drive around piles of junk left in
the street, and the job took over two months to complete. They have been back
four times that I am aware of.
Are they licensed? What an irresponsible bunch of yahoos.
One hot afternoon, a truck came down the street with landscape trailer and
bobcat (probably <name withheld>), and turned around at the end of the street,
spilling rock, dirt and cans off the trailer. Off they went no care in the
world. Fifteen minutes later, a KEVENS Truck came down to turn around…………..BUT
stopped to clean up the mess! I could not believe it! I called in to your
receptionist to thank you!
Your team took 11 days to install our entire yard, BBQ, walls, fencing,
irrigation, lighting and stone work. ALL of it exactly as you described it
would be and beyond our expectations. One of the most distinctive and
attractive in the community, we are constantly told.
After watching my yard flourish and mature, while other are having to endure the
mess in the photos attached, I just wish to tell you how much we have
appreciated you hard work, steady and diligent efforts, and your always going an
extra step to make your company stand out. We appreciate you.
